Exception Error in Instance Manager

Hi,
Have recently begun seeing an exception error when trying to view Instance Manager (Crystal Server 2008).
"The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request."
This was working fine until last week.
I have restarted the server and am still getting this error.
Can anyone advise a starting point to repair this?
