Only one person gets this using my Foxpro executables.

The blue screen of death he calls it.

When the application goes to print he gets this fatal excetion message:
fatal exception OE @ 0028:C004072D

Does anyone know why he gets this message?

Further information:
HP 8000 Series PCL 6
NT network
Windows 98

An "fatal exception OE" error usually occurs due to bad hardware and/or drivers. Make sure that he has current HP printer drivers, or if that doesn't help, use the MS drivers for HP printers.

You didn't mention the version and Service pack of your VFP code (and runtime). e.g. VFP 5.0 SP3, VFP 6.0 SP5, VFP 7.0 SP1. If you aren' running these lastest SP's, you may be able to "help" the user by upgrading your SP level. (I believe SP3 for VFP 6.0 actually tried to fix one of the HP printer driver problems.)
