I re use sheets but after a time there is a build up of links to old files. I can see them through VIEW>LINKS but how do I delete/unlink them ?
Go to Microsoft Office site and get Clean.xla.

Clean.xla will remove all links in your workbook.

Otherwise go to Insert/Names/Define, look through the list for all range names refering to other workbooks and delete them.

In the future try to keep a 'clean' copy of your workbook with no links as a template to re-use.

Bob Crawford

Thanks
I'll go after clean.xla
I've tried Insert>Names>define but even with that correct, I still have links
Again many thanks
