can anyone help me to find some info/tutorial 'bout using databases in ms excell
Thanks :)

korn:

The absolute best information anyone can give you is to put your column headings all in row 1 (use Alt-Enter to put a paragraph return inside of a cell), and put your first record into row 2. You may not hear or see this information in any textbook or online source. And it's the most important. When you layout your "database" this way, Excel's features work best.

Why don't you try here?:

Come back and ask about anything you don't understand. This tutorial uses Excel 97. If you only have 2000, there's not much difference; certainly not enough that it would make this tutorial worthless. You may want to do a File-Save as and save each of the levels to your hard drive. I've seen many sites like this disappear. This is one of the nicest I've seen, but if you don't like it, I've got others.

Good luck, and let us know how you made out. dreamboat@nni.com
