have just recieved an excel file with info on over 500 clients, normally new clients are entered in the database using a form,as you can imagine this is a lot of work, is there any way that I can use the info in the excel file to simplify the job???

You can import the excel file into Access and use an append query to copy the records to your client table in Access.

If you need further assistance, give me some more details and I can give you more specific instructions.

Good Luck!!!
