Is there a formula in excel that would allow me to have a running sum in a single cell.

For Example:

In the cell the total was 10 and I typed 20 in the same cell and the total would automatically update to 30.

Help Appreciated

Wouldn't it work to sum the target cell AND the main cell? That way, when the target cell is blank, you're adding "0 + 10" then it goes on to "10 + 20" or whatever. Something like
Code:
=Sum(A1, A2)
where A2 is the cell that holds the total. ----------------------------------------
If you are reading this, then you have read too far... :p
