I have data that is displayed in a graph. The data does not have much of a range of values. For example 1, 2, 3 4.

When the chart is displayed the Y axis is 0.5 ,1 ,1.5, 2, 2.5 etc...

How would I change the Y axis to whole numbers eg, 1,2,3 etc,,

If you right click on the axis you'll get a pop up titled 'Format Axis'

Select the scale tab - where you can untick 'auto' on 'Major Unit' & set this to 1

Found the solution:

Select the Y axis
Choose Format, Format Selected Axis
Select the Number tab
Under Category choose Number
Change the decimal places to 0

Hi GlasgowSwan,

no, don't do it that way, follow ajrimmer's advice.

Cheers, Glenn.
