I am trying to access an excel workbook from the server. Why I try to make changes, a dialog box comes up with an error. Any suggestions?

May we please kindly have the details of the error?

This problem was caused by Microsoft Office 2003. Microsoft Office 2003 was created by Microsoft Corporation.

Madelynn4. Unfortunately, I have never heard of this error; and tried to do a search for it and came up blank. May be someone on the group knows the naswer.

I found the problem. Our IT tech didn't install some software that should have been installed. I installed it and the problem is now fixed. Thank you.
