Excel, Word, Outlook 2007 Training Recommendations

I have been developing Databases in Access 2007 for a couple of years but have not used the other Office Products except rarely. My job requirements have changed and I'll be required to use them much more extensively anybody have any recommendations on good training books?

Learning has much to do with personal preference.

I happen to like John Walkenbach's books on Excel.
