Excel webqueries

I am trying to write an Excel webquery which will link to a downloadable spreadsheet found on a web site. I have been able to bring in data when it is in a table format, but not if the URL shows it to be an excel file. An example of a site which I am trying to link to is as follows:



Any help will be appreciated.
