Hi, Tek-Tippers!

My boss recently got an Essbase add-in for Excel (we're running Office 2003) and now her right-click shortcut menus won't work.

Any idea how I can bring them back for her?

This is when you right-click in a cell and the Cut, Copy, Comments, etc menu shows up... hers doesn't. :-( I've looked at the Tools/Options menu and can't find a setting for it.

Thanks for any help you can give me!

Googled:
To regain control of your right mouse pop up menu in Excel:

* Go to the Essbase menu and choose Options....
* Click on the global tab
* Uncheck the "enable secondary button" under the "mouse actions" section.

From another link, I earlier found, if you cannot see the Essbase menu, then you probably need to make sure that it is enabled under "Tools - Add-ins".

If it is there, I'd suggest unchecking it, hitting "Ok" to accept the change, and close out of Excel. Then re-open Excel, go back to the Addins, recheck the add-in... close and re-open Excel, THEN try the quoted part, above.
