I have code that runs which sets the validation for a range of cells on a worksheet with a range of values from another worksheet. The code works very well. Once in a while I run into a problem where the cells that I have set the validation on lose the drop down arrow that displays a list of acceptable values (the validation rules are still in effect though). Preferably I would like to know if there is a way to avoid this altogether. Alternately I would like to know if there is a way to get the drop down arrow back.
