When I run a report on a Info 7.5 server, the report looks to run fine, but when you try to open the Excel 5.0 file you receive this message 'Unable To Read File'. When I run it on my PC's Crystal Designer and export it, I can open file with out a problem. The file size on the Info 7.5 server is about 1/2 the size of the file when I run and export it on my PC. HELP

Sounds like a corrupt DLL somewheres...
Have you applied the hotfixes? Many exporting issues have been addressed in the Hotfixes, including Excel exports.
