I am working in CR 8.5. I am creating a donor plaque for a non profit and they want to have three columns of data where in the last row of the group, if there were only two columns with data it would print in columns 1& 3 and if there was only one column with data it would print in column 2. I asked earlier and was told this is not possible with "formatting in multiple columns" (currently how report is structured).

I saw once while searching around that you can create an excel type looking table in CR and I thought maybe I could create a formula in that. HOwever, I cannot remember how to do that and I haven't been able to figure it out yet.

So if you know how to create the table or how to format the colmns that way please let me know ASAP!!!!

Thanks!!!
