Excel to Visio Question

I have a Visio drawing with simple shapes. Mostly boxes on it. I have a small Excell spreadsheet embedded in it. What I want to do is to change the fill color of the boxes on the Visio drawing when the fill color of the cell in the Excel spreadsheet is changed.

I'm a complete Nobb so any help would be appreciated.
