Excel to SQL Server

Hi
I need to get large input data from user and i need to store it in Database.

Is it possible to

1. open a Excel sheet on our site or window

2. disply rows and coloums heading

3. getting data from Excel

4. Store it in SQL Server(using ASP)

If possible, How to do it.
if not possible, What is the alternate solution for my problem.
