Excel to Outlook Transfer

I have a collection of Excel Spreads containing company contact information and would like to pull the e-mail and account name information and transfer it into my Outlook address book. Is there any off-the-shelf software out there that will do this?? Thanks for any help or advise.

Dudly, try using Outlook's File-Import-from an external file and pick Excel as the type. You will have to map the fields. If you find this difficult, just export from outlook to excel and see what fields are created. Maybe copy your excel into THAT file, then import back into Outlook.

Now, if you're talking Outlook Express, I don't know...
