Hi All

Does anyone know how to tie a cell reference to a cell rather than the formulas it contains.

eg if I have the formula "=a4" I want it to always display what is contained in a4. At the moment if I move the contents of a4 the formula will change to reflect the move and will read for example "=j4".

I have tried playing around with the dollar signs but it doesn't appear to make any difference.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
