excel template ?

after going through a Number of Customer Service Records, It occurred to me to ask if there is a template
of some sort where One can translate the gibberish that is written in a lot of the records into something meaningful
simply put, this location has 6 lines, with this average cost per line, this total cost, these features Etc,

I thought I would ask before I go to the time and trouble of trying to make one Myself
