Excel template - Protecting cells from entering additional data

I have created a worksheet where some cell rows have informational text and need to be restricted from entering additional data.
I want to protect that specific area by disabling it - ("read only").

How do I do it, without disabling the entire worksheet?

Format-Cells-Protection

lock the cells you want ot protect and unlock all the rest of the seeht then when you protect the sheet only the locked cells are protected the rest is free.
