Excel Template Data to SQL server db

Hello,
I have an excel spreadsheet that I would like to distribute over a corporate network that would allow the user to send the records to a SQL server db. I currently have the spreadsheet sending to an .mdb, but I cannot seem to get it to connect to the .adp that I have stored on SQL server. Any ideas?
