Excel Tabs and Cognos Page Breaks

If I add page breaks to my IMR report will it export to different tabs in Excel?

I am going to be ordering a 142,000 row recordset and would like it to break into different excel tabs for every new row value for which I am ordering.

Nope. Both of the export to Excel options (regular and formatted) support only a single worksheet. To accomplish what you want, you should look at macros. You can create a macro to create different named worksheets based on your grouping (filtering) criteria, then use the macro to call Excel and combine the separate files into a single file as tabs. I haven't had a reason to do this, but I know all the elements are there to make it happen.
