Particulars: NT4sp5 on desktop and Network. Excel 97.
If the user starts Excel she gets a Dr.W error Oxc000005 addr 0x3001e2f6.

I can start her using Excel's safe mode.

I can get into Excel using her log on credentials on another workstation without problem.

I can get into Excel after logging onto her workstation using any other profile (Administrator, Another User, etc)

The only time I get the error is logging onto her workstation as her, and then trying to get into Excel.

I've removed everything from xlstart folder. deleted our custom .xlb file.

What else is there? All her other applications Word97, Outlook 2k, etc. run fine!

Thanks for any insight!!

Thanks for the suggestion but I don't think it's too likely that would be the reason. She was working fine all week. And any other user on the same computer has no problem getting into Excel. If it was a NT service pack issue, I don't think that would be the case.

I'm leaning towards something in the registry in her profile, but I haven't managed to discover what. :-(
