This was posted in the wrong forum (Office), should have been here in FP. I’m having a problem with text when saving an Excel spreadsheet to a web page. The formulas work fine and the basic layout looks ok. However, text does not show up correctly. There is a paragraph of text on the middle of the spreadsheet that gives instructions to the viewer. At first it was in a text box on the spreadsheet and I thought that was the problem. I merged the necessary cells together and cut and pasted the text from the text box to the larger cell and got rid of the text box. But that didn't work either. When viewing the spreadsheet on the web the text only shows the first line. I can’t get it to break and look like a paragraph. I tried the alt-enter to force a line break but no luck. It’s still just one lone line of text. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong? Thanks for any help you may be able to give me. Riley
