Excel spreadsheet prints thumbnail size

One of my users has an Excel spreadsheet that she uses frequently. From time to time, it prints out very small and in the top left corner of the paper. I'm not very familiar with Excel and haven't been able to help her. Anybody have an idea why this might be happening?

Hi,

Check the Page Setup/Page tab Scaling. There are 2 option buttons. Chances are either the % Normal Size is a small number or Fit to... has been selected and there is some extraneous cell out in "left field" that has a stray character in it.
