What results are you looking for? Do you mean that you would put in the raw survey data, such as set-up location, backsight angle, turned angles to the points, and have the spreadsheet calculate coordinates of all points? That's what cogo survey software does, it would be difficult to set up a spreadsheet to do this to cover all possible methods of collecting survey data.
Or did I misunderstand what you're trying to accomplish?
Yes, basically I want to input my raw data from my field measurements into a spreadsheet program, let the computer do the calculations to get the resulting data for angles, topographical heights, etc. and not plot out a graph for it. I just want to try and save time with the calculations as you are probably aware of if there is one mistake or change in one number it affects the rest. I just didn't want to spend hours setting up a spreadsheet then having to 'debug' bug it.
This wouldn't of course be integrated with AutoCAD and would be drafted up later according to the results.
As for this cogo survey software you meantion, would you know of the website where I could find some more information from?
