I insert a excel spread sheet in PM 6.5 and rotate it.

If I print the document to a pdf file, the rotated excell spreadsheet do not print.

What am I doing wrond?

Hey there,

there are some things that might cause this. You might want to try the following:

1)if you print to Distiller, make sure, that you have the Distiller selected as compose to printer under file > document setup and that Distiller is selected as printer and ppd in the print dialog

2) if you export to pdf, try printing to Distiller and vice versa

3) if you have saved the Excel file and placed it, try edit > insert object > from file

Hope that helps

peter,

We discussed this in depth under another post in the forum. I think we covered all bases, but one last ditch thing that works well for me and for some others is to use a free utility called PDF995 from It seems to do well creating PDFs with such odd elements as pasted spreadsheets and such that seem to throw Adobe such a curve. When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.
