Excel - show 'busy/in progress' form while macro runs

I have a form that I want to show while a macro runs (i.e. busy message). Problem is, the macro won't start running until the use closes the form. Any suggestions PLEASE?

Hi,
1. Load the form
2. On the Load event start the macro
3. when the macro finishes, hide the form Skip,
metzgsk@voughtaircraft.com
