Excel Sheet Control

Hi there,
I have a form on which I have put an Excel Sheet Control. I would like to have the conrol get an Excel Sheet that I have already made. I need to know how to access the control. It is called sheet1 by default but it doesn't seem to have all the properties that it should have. Could someone tell me the correct way to reference the sheet and syntax involved in accessing its properties. Thanks.
