excel run macro from a calc cell change value

Looking to run a macro when cell a2 = 10 value. Macro will print Active sheet and return. I just want to print the screen at midnight If you have an easier solution don't be shy.

Note: This was attempted with Worksheet_change command but does not work on calculated values. The data must be changed and the enter key pressed for this to work. This does not accomplish what I was looking for.
