Excel Reports Appear Blank in Excell 2000 (v9)

I am generating Excel reports that when opened in Excel v9 appear blank. My report has over 30,000 records. However, it generates a 7MB file that opens fine in Excel v8. If I resave it then reopen it in Excel v9 it open fine.

Any ideas?

Do you mean Crystal reports to be exported to Excel? If that is the case, you may have a version of Crystal that is too old to interface easily with Excel9. You may need to upgrade your Crystal to the latest version, which will certainly be able to export to Excel v9.
