So check this out. I created a this spreadsheet with a lot of code in it. Works beautifully on my workstation. I send it to a co-worker for them to use and the freaking thing doesn't want to work. So I go up to tools\references (VBA) to to make sure all the libraries are checked and a message pops up saying "Path Not Found." Does anybody know what I need to do to go about correcting this? FYI: when I pull up another sheet they created on it, it'll pull up the references box just fine.

It sounds like the ref. libraries are possibly not installed on the remote machine...they may be in the list because you made a valid ref. to them from your machine.

Sounds like a messed-up installation of VBA on that machine.
Try an Office repair.

P.S: I think, if it were a references issue, you would just see a "not available" behind the Ref, no message popping up.

Hope this helps,
Andy
