Hey all
i have a worksheet with a number of rows that changes on a daily basis. What i want to do is the following:

Lift 5 columns out of this worksheet and copy to a new workbook (PartNo, Part, Desc, Qty, Notes).

Next i want to DELETE any rows where PartNo= #N/A.

This should heopfully give me a compact list of Parts.

What is my best way in achieving this?

Many thanks to all for their time and effort on this.

Why don't you filter the list first and then copy?

Cheers, Glenn.

Hi,

I personally avoid using copy 'n' paste if at all possible.

You can use MS Query to GET the data into your other workbook, with or without the N/A rows. Once you set up a query like this, all it takes is a Data > Refresh to get NEW data from the source.

Hi Skip, yes, I keep on forgetting about MS Query. :-D

Cheers, Glenn.
