I want to create a column of times from 7:00am to 5:00pm with 15 minute increments.

Like so
7:00
7:15
7:30
7:45
8:00
..
..
4:45
5:00

What increment value do I put in for this to work using the “Edit” “Fill Series…”
I tried 15 but there is no Minutes Increment and it just made the next one 15 days later not minutes.

TIA

You'll need to include an AM/PM indicator too. Try this:

Enter:
7:00 AM
7:15 AM

Then select both cells and right click and drag the handle. When you release the button select Fill Series.

Sorry I don't follow
I put in 7:00 am and 7:15 am right below it.
Then right
But what do you mean drag the handle?
There is no Fill Series in the Right click options.

I was able to see differnt options but still no fill.

When you select the two cells there should be a black square in the right corner. Right click (non-prime click) on the handle then drag it down. You'll see a yellow box that shows you what the current fill series value is.

When the value is high enough, let go of the button. You should be prompted to Copy or Fill Series, Formats or Values. Select Series.

That should work for you. If not, there is a way to do it off the menu (Edit > Fill > Series) but it's not too easy or quick.

Another method that gets you there:

If A1 contains 7:00 AM, then in cell B1 type the following

=A1+15/60/24

Now format cell B1 with desired time format.
Copy this equation to as many columns as necessary.
