Excel Question

Is there a function in XL which will display formula as text / convert formula to a text item? I am trying to compare entries in 2 different spreadsheets which are both very large.

TOOLS->OPTIONS. In the View tab, click on the Formulas checkbox, and then click OK.

That should convert all results of formulas to the formulas themselves.

Another fast way to display formulas is to press
CTRL + `. (Note: ` is the accent mark, above the
tab key on your keyboard - and not an apostrophe.)

Nice shortcut, vbMax. I know I've seen it before, but it's the kind you forget about unless you use it a lot.
