Excel Question: combining columns from different sheets

here is the formula I use to combine date columns from two sheets in the same workbook.

=IF('TD8 sd7AL'!A30>0,(IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP('TD8 sd7AL'!A30,'TD6 sd7AL'!A30:A274,1)),'TD8 sd7AL'!A30,VLOOKUP('TD8 sd7AL'!A30,'TD6 sd7AL'!A30:A274,1))),NA())


It works for two columns but when I add a date to the middle of one of the column it doesn't work

help please!!
