Probably a stupid question but my brain has melted with all the help desk calls i have taken today. I;ve got a spreadsheet with two columns in. One for status and one for Premium like below

Status Premium
Secured £10000
Declined £35000
Scured £5000

I would like to sum the cells in premium where the status = Secured.

Any ideas? This seems really easy and i should know the answer but my brain is mush at the moment sorry.

If Status is in column A and Premium is in column B, this should work:

=SUMIF(A2:A4,"Secured",B2:B4)
