Excel- Problem adding text boxes to a sheet

When I use the text box function in the Draw toolbar sometimes the text box has a border and sometimes it doesn't. How can I control whether or not it has a border? Most times I don't want one.

Hi,

A DrawingBar Textbox defaults with no border.

You can add text to a DrawingBar Rectangle, which, of course, has a border.
