Excel problem - Accessibility Wizard???

A remote user has been e-mailed a spreadsheet from a colleague at head office.

When she tries to open the spreadsheet she gets the following message :

"There was a problem loading the file specified when running the Accessibility Wizard"

Both users are using Office 97. When she e-mailed the file to me, I managed to open it without any problems. I therefore assume that the problem exists on her computer.

Can anyone tell me what this message means, and how do I get around it?

Suspect Office 97 wizards were not installed on remote user's PC. They're part of a separate installation under Office tools, I think. Check it out...
