This problem only effects 2 users in the company, whenever they print existing Excel spreadsheets, they print extremely slow and the gridlines are faded. Newly created Excel documents print fine as do all other programs.

Have you:

Cleaned up their hard drives of any temp files (*.tmp and ~*.*)?

Ensured that they have space on their hard drive to create a spool file?

Ensured that the printer drivers are the same as others?

Ensured that their printer has the same memory as others?

Ensured that they are not running findfast in the background?

Ensured that they are not using the journaling options in Outlook?

There's really any number of reasons...

Hope these help you find something. dreamboat@nni.com
