I am looking for a way to print multiple files at one time.

Every month we close month end and have to print out a financial statement for each location. Each location has their own excel file, within each file there are a number of tabs (worksheets), one for each different month, plus one budget tab. I would like to create a spreadsheet of some sort that allows me to pick a specific tab and print that tab for all the differnt files. Also if I could be able to set how many copies of each file is printed.

I am not sure were to start other than how it should look in the end.

Any suggestion would be great. If you require any additonal information please ask.

Thanks,
cdulong

Hi,

This question would be better served in Forum707.

1. know the exact steps you need to perform.

2. turn on your macro recorder and record doing those steps for ONE WORKBOOK.

3. turn off your macro recorder.

Post your recorded code in a new thread in forum707.

Where are each of these workbooks located? Hopefully, they are all in the same folder.

Are there other workbooks in this folder?

Is there a naming convention for these workbooks?

Please answer ALL these question when you post your recorded code in forum707.

Skip,
