Excel--Print data from Spreadsheet in Margin as BarCode

Need to Print Identifier (Acct#QtrDateTypeofwork)in margin--sheet prints out landscape need to put in left margin needs to be barcode so can be read by scanner--

any hints, help, etc would be appreciated

Try downloading a barcode font or load the one that your company uses already if available, then simply, format cells, and select the font.

Have done that problem is that form in in landscape print and barcode for scanning purposes must in left margin--have tried to slide everything over and put in cell that is clear but when try to do (with the size font)will not work-cell expands and causes rest of data to go to next page--so must go to margin---

You can change your margins... or make the page print max 1 page high 1 page wide so that nothing goes to the next page.
