Hi... I am using Excel 2003 SP3...

I have a formula on a worksheet 'B' that I want 'posted' as a value on worksheet 'A'... e.g.,

Worksheet 'B' Formula:
=26144/262.5

Worksheet 'A' Formula:
=CONCATENATE("(zIIP) ",'PRSM Parms'!O104)

I want the value posted as: (zIIP) 99.5962 (4 decimal places) It is currently showing up as:
(zIIP) 99.5961904761905

I have tried formatting the cells on both worksheets as number, custom with 4 decimal places..

Any help would be appreciated...

Thanks

The Round function worked perfectly - thanks for steering me in the right direction!

...I have a similar problem:

I have created a worksheet where it copies the values of another worksheet. The problem is that in the cell there is a formula which is "=date", for example. I want to copy this value to another additional worksheet, but it just copies the formula itself, not the value... When I highlight the cell, it gives me the formula, but I want the value.

(I will integrate several rows taken from similar fiels which use the same Name of the range given, so it would be useful to have values instead of formulas, to avoid misunderstandings).

Do I have to follow the same suggestion?

Welcome to Tek-tips, Nukles.

If I understand you, you just want to copy from one place and paste the value (rather than the formula) in another sheet, right?

If so, Copy, then Edit > Paste Special > Values.
