Hello

I have over 15000 lines of data that I have sorted into a pivot table consisting of two columns:

Traveller / Count of traveller

There is over 5000 lines within the Pivot table and I require to view the complete data of the first 153 lines.
(ie when you double click on one name it displays all the excel data related to that traveller).

Is there a way of displaying all 153 lines of data at once, rather than clicking on all individual lines?

Thanks so much, Elf.

I do not understand. You cannot use SORT to generate a PivotTable. You must use the PivotTable Wizard.

Basically, when you double-click, your get a view of that subset of the PivotTable source data.

Just look at the source data!
