Hi,

I have spreadsheet with 3 columns "Job", "Execution_Date", and "Elapsed_Time". I am trying to create a pivot chart with filter for Job (there are multiple jobs) and execution date on X axis and the Elapsed time on Y axis. But when I try to set this up, I can do it only with a count/average/sum etc on the elapsed time. How can I do the chart with the exact column value of Elapsed time.

Thanks,

hi,

PivotTable/Chart is an AGGREGATION tool.

If you just want a chart based on your table, just plot the table.

I would FIRST convert the table to a TABLE, using Insert > Tables > TABLE. This will, among other features, turn on the AutoFilter and you can use the filter on JOB to SELECT A JOB, and your data for that job ONLY, will plot.
