Excel performing ilegal operation.....

I have a 10mb spreadsheet with a bit of code for opening a custom print menu(this has been working for ages) now I've added a load of code that does all my formatting, deletes some sheets and backs up the file.

Now every time I run any code, not just the new code I've added, I get a Illegal Operation box and Excel shuts itself.

This is the error message below, can anybody help ?

It may be the size of the file.?. 10MB is quite large for Excel. I have had problems with extremely large files as well. If you have that much data, you should consider moving it to a true database.
