When viewing page breaks in Print Preview everything looks to be breaking correctly. Although, when I look at the printed output each successive page is moved down on the printout whether it be a PDF of actual hard copy. Also, when I go to Print Preview again it seems as though my page breaks are set differently. Is there some sort of way around this or can someone explain why this is happening? Thanks.

Hi,

Exactly what does 'moved down' mean in terms of rows?

Are you changing the Printer?

Try using View > Page Break Preview and see if you get different results.

Skip,

Thanks for the response. Even in page break view everything looks ok at first. When the printer is changed as you state above is when the page breaks change. Thanks.

You must do your previews WITH THE ASSOCIATED PRINTER SELECTED.

Change the printer :: Change the entire print layout.
