Outlook is the mail client. Excel routing slip/recipient association to Outlook Express is problem.

a BDE has some how told Excel to use Outlook Express to route the spreadsheets to other users instead of Outlook. I can't seem to find the answer on how to stop this so we can get him to route via Outlook.

any suggestion would be appreciated

Check and see if Outlook Express is designated as your default e-mail program.

Start|Settings|Control Panel|Internet Options|Programs

I believe Excel uses whatever the default happens to be. Good Luck.

thanks. It's the IE mail setting. I totally totally forgot about that setting in IE.
