Excel - OLAP Member Property Fields

Hi,

Does anybody know if I can define a field I am retrieving into an Offline Cube, as a Member Property?

I am retrieving a Region field, and I want to have the Region Manager as a memebr property / detail, rather than a dimension.

Can I do this without Analysis Services, and if so, how?
