Excel Not Closing

I'm ungrouping a shape,then writing the text out to Excel.
It works great the 1st time I run the macro. The second time Excel opens, but the workbook opens as a Phantom. I'm setting ALL the objects to NOTHING, quitting Excel when the macro ends. If I close out the drawing then reload it, everything is fine. Some how Visio is not releasing the workbook. Any Ideas?
